II.Right to not create false expectations. We must be honest in all aspects and be clear with the client.
III.Right to be attended by an expert. We will always invest in training at all levels.
IV.Right to present complaints, claims and petitions. Complains and requests are made by clients who wants to be loyal.
V.Right to information. Every client deserves to be given accurate and timely information.
VI.Right to choose the competition if we fail. They can always choose where to buy.
VII.Right to not waste time. A client must feel that the time he invested with us is time well spent.
